The ASL 555 is a Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter designed to give wired or wireless access to a patient through a wheelchairs output module. This device will allow up to two wireless connections to an ASL accessory, like ASL 557-4 Bluetooth switch interface or the ASL 558 Mouse Emulator.
Each Bluetooth board will give you up to eight (8) outputs. Four (4) of the outputs are wireless and four (4) are wired for each transmitter. They can be used in any combination of wired and wireless access.
When using a LiNX Output Module the ASL 555 will allow you to use 2 separate Bluetooth outputs, ASL 558, ASL 557-4s, and IOS connections or any combination of two of them. When using a RNet or Curtis Output Module you can use one Bluetooth connection to the ASL 558, 557-4 or IOS connection.
