- What are the times for the class?
Class is from 9-5 both days with a working lunch
- Where do you recommend we stay?
We recommend staying at The Hampton Inn in Lakeway Texas or The Hampton Inn on the Lake in Marble Falls Texas.
Both are about a 20-30 minute drive to ASL
- How do we get to ASL?

- What airport do we fly into?
We recommend flying into Austin Bergstrom International Airport. It will take you about an hour and a half to get to ASL from the airport.
- Will I need a car?
Yes, ASL is located in a small town about an hour from Austin.
- Do you offer CEUs?
The ASL 2 Day course is approved for 1.6 CCUs through TPTA and 1.4 CEUs through the University of Pittsburg. A certificate will be mailed to you within 30 days of successful completion of the course. We are in the process of application through IACET. Class records will only be issued to participants.
- What should I expect at the class?
Day one of the class is lecture and case studies. Day two is split between lectures and hands on. Class participants will be asked to construct and set up alternative access drive control systems on all major manufactures power wheelchairs. Computer access will also be addressed.

- What should I expect with the exam at the end of class?
At the end of day 2 a written exam will be administered to participants and feedback will be provided before class ends. Upon successful completion of the course a certificate will be mailed with 30 days.
- Will lunch be provided?
Yes, ASL will provide lunch at both days of class. If you have dietary needs, please call so you needs can be accommodated.
